Training in specific areas is a regular feature at Goodrich. These areas are identified by the employees themselves, to enhance their knowledge and skills. Opportunities are given to seniors, to impart specific training to juniors. Outside faculty are regularly called upon, to train our people in diverse and specific areas.
During the annual conferences, intensive day-long training sessions are conducted, which are of immense use to the participants.
