Goodrich Maritime LLC (GMLLC)

Established in the 2003, GMLLC was one of the first initiatives taken by Goodrich Maritime India, to set up a subsidiary overseas. The objective behind the formation of this company was to replicate the established business verticals of the parent company in India.

These included a  Liner Agency, representations of Tank Operators, supply and fitting of Flexi bags, etc. The enhanced objective was also to set up regional headquarters for Goodrich in the Arabian Gulf. All these objectives were achieved via the establishment of GMLLC, which today has a strong represented presence in countries like Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Iraq, with dependable agents.

GMLLC successfully ran a Dry Van NVOCC, encompassing the whole of Asia. Building in the process an impressive fleet of owned DV units, Reefers, Flat Racks and Open Tops; simultaneously operating its own, very profitable, Global Tank Operations.. This is apart from building its own fleet of owned, leased and lease-purchase tanks of various capacities. GMLLC apart from operating also is active in short and long term leasing of tanks.

Goodrich Maritime LLC after its recent restructuring, now concentrates exclusively on the operation of only special equipments like tanks, reefers and equipment like Flat Racks and Open Tops.

What was especially remarkable, was the growth of GMLLC as a global tank operator. In the present scenario, Goodrich tanks move to all corners of the globe in an efficient manner.

Goodrich Maritime DMC EST (GM DMC EST)

The promoters of Goodrich, given their rich shipping background, always yearned to be involved in bulk vessel operations.  An opportunity arose, when the Dubai Maritime City was created.

Goodrich Maritime DMCEST (GM DMCEST) was incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goodrich Maritime India. Since then, the company has been growing from strength to strength. Within a short span, GM DMCEST created a niche for itself among bulk cargo customers, internationally renowned vessel owners, ship brokers, cargo brokers, commercial managers and vendors, especially bunker suppliers.

GM DMCEST has until now carried millions of tons of cargo ranging from grain, ore, coal, fertilisers, aggregates, HBI and DRI, among various other bulk cargo.  Highly knowledgeable and skilled personnel with years of experience in similar fields, have been drafted into this exercise.

This company is also involved in carriage of coastal cargo in India. Apart from spot cargo which is fixed for carriage from time to time, Goodrich is also involved in coastal Contracts of Affreightment.
