Chemical Storage Facility

Our proposed Chemical storage facility will be strategically located at JAFZA SOUTH ZONE in Jebel Ali, which is the gateway trade hub for GCC, Africa, Egypt, the Sub continent and other countries. Our state of the art facility will act as a one stop solution provider for storage, drumming, warehousing, heating, weighment and distribution of liquid as well as dry chemicals. The equipment used in this depot will be world class keeping in mind the highest of standards for safety and effluent treatment.

Our 22000 sq. meter storage facility will carry necessary certifications as per International standards like ISO 9001, 14000,CDI-MPC and SQAS. We will have a 80 TEU storage capacity of loaded ISO tank containers and this will be a unique storage facility for loaded ISO tank outside deep water port Jebel Ali’

Our vertical storage tanks that are specially designed to store liquid chemicals of various types will be connected to an efficient loading and unloading station featuring a high capacity pump. Our 15,000 sq. feet dry chemical warehouse with 1650 pallet space provides for storage and management of all chemicals that require a clean and dry environment. It also offers a dedicated drum storage facility.We are zeroing down on an area where chemicals which will require temperature control and humidity control can be housed. This facility is 5000 sq. feet in area and is adjacent to themain warehouse. Built in line with NFPA standards the processes here are positively assessed according to various ISO standards and inspected as per safety and quality assessment systems.

Our proposed facility can store IMCO Class products, classes such as 3, 4.2, 6.1, 8 & 9, all as per the local standards.
