As Goodrich ventured into new business areas, the vision envisaged the need for and benefits of joint ventures, partnerships and alliances. Pooling of resources – monetary, knowledge and skills is the way forward in today’s business scenario. This also holds true for the shipping and logistics segments.
Recognising this and the need for expansion, the Goodrich management has already established a CFS facility in close proximity to both the Mundra and Kandla ports.
With a clear strategy in mind Goodrich ventured to establish its own office in Thailand in 2015, in joint venture with a Thai Holding Company. This was also the year the enterprise commenced operations. The proposed activities include a Liner Agency catering to NVOCCs, Lines, Tank and Reefer Operators.
International Freight Forwarding and a Tramp Agency are amongst the proposed activities.
