Time and again the Goodrich management believes that the meteoric growth of the company has primarily been due to the tremendous contribution made by their people.

The employees of the company have always been very close-knit and treated as intimate family members. Many employees have risen up the ranks while working for the company. It’s always been the managements policy to challenge our people and train them while on the job.

Training in specific areas is a regular feature at Goodrich. These areas are identified by the employees themselves, to enhance their knowledge and skills. Opportunities are given to seniors, to impart specific training to juniors. Outside faculty are regularly called upon, to train our people in diverse and specific areas.

During the annual conferences, intensive day-long training sessions are conducted, which are of immense use to the participants.
